Why you should include Recognition in your Safety Program

Our world is dramatically changing. Recently, the epidemic threw us all a curveball and almost every company in any industry had to re-think every part of their operations. As we slowly try to create a similar work environment to the one we lived before Covid-19, there are two essential questions organizations need to ask themselves: How do we create a safe work environment and how do we keep our employees engaged and focused?
