The bottles are thoroughly tested to ensure 0.0% leaching. The SIGG bottle is durable and virtually unbreakable. But it is the inside of the bottle that makes it so special. The SIGG bottle's internal coating is resistant to fruit juice acids, energy drinks, alcohol and almost all consumable beverages. The internal liner is taste and scent resistant, therefore water tastes like water and juice like juice!

To make that SIGG bottle even more attractive we can laser engrave your organizations logo on to the bottle and even personalize it with individual names. That way no one is drinking out of your bottle by mistake. After 10 or 20 years of use it can be recycled! Call and ask us about this exciting opportunity to give a gift that everyone can use

Many blue-chip companies run monthly, quarterly or yearly programs as a way to motivate performance, reinforce a supportive and encouraging work environment, and to foster good relations between other employees. In a recent article for Worldatwork, Alison Avalos discusses why there are measurable and tangible benefits to creating employee recognition programs.

"In the current tug of war between workers' demands for higher wages to pay for higher living costs and companies looking to cut costs, recognition programs play a key role in creating a positive environment," said Alison Avalos, the practice leader for WorldatWork who focuses on recognition. How does one keep valuable employees motivated, loyal, and working at peak performance? To help answer the question, consider the work by A.H. Maslow and his study of human motivation and the hierarchy of needs. His theory looks at what human beings need in their lives and the behaviours they exhibit to attain those desired needs. The hierarchy of needs as Maslow sees them are: physiological, safety, belongingness and esteem. Once these four needs have been fulfilled, the final and most desired need - is fulfillment of self. What better way then to help keep a top performing employee motivated and fulfilled, than by contributing to his or her positive sense of self.with an award that honours and recognizes their individual worth to the company, the team, and the mission.

Ask us how we can help you design an award of Recognition for your organization.
