One of the questions we get asked most frequently is: When can Clearmount start helping us with the branding display or gift planning for our event? The answer is: NOW. We can start helping you with your branding display or gift planning at almost at any stage of the event planning process. We may not be able to help with coming up with an event theme (you can still ask us though, you never know), but as soon as you have picked your event theme and have an idea of numbers and budget, it is definitely time to call us in! It’s ideal to start planning for your branding displays or gifts at least 2 to 3 months prior to your event.

Before, During or After Your Event?
Before Your Event Starts
To generate excitement and encourage attendance we will create custom corporate event pieces for you to send prior to the event. These pieces can function as both an invitation and a gift. For example, we can embed your company or event logo, as well as the attendee’s name in a custom Lucite piece.
During Your Event
To start showcasing your brand or event theme as soon as guests arrive we can produce logoed or engraved pen holders to display beside your guest book. Another way to showcase your brand is to display branded acrylic boxes that light up in response to the noise levels in the room on stage and/or on each table. At the End of Your Event
